Terms of Service

1. About the service
CyberPulse, operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"), provides a guided cybersecurity self-assessment. You answer questions about your business's security practices and receive a Cyber Health Score, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a 30-day action plan and a PDF report.
2. What the service is not
This score is based on the information provided during the assessment. It is not a penetration test, security audit, certification, or guarantee of security. We do not test, scan or monitor your systems. Results depend entirely on the accuracy of your answers. The recommendations are general guidance, not professional advice tailored to your systems, and following them does not guarantee that you will not suffer a security incident.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and a valid business email address.
- Do not submit passwords, banking details or sensitive personal information.
- Do not attempt to access other customers' results, interfere with the service, or use automated tools against it.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown in Nigerian naira (NGN) before you pay. Payment is processed by Paystack; we do not receive your card or bank details. Results and the PDF report are released after payment is confirmed by the provider. Prices may change but the price shown when you pay applies to that purchase. [LAWYER: confirm VAT/tax treatment.]
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
We own the CyberPulse service, questions and report format. You may use your report for your own business's internal purposes. You may not resell or republish the service or its content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", we make no warranty that it will meet your needs, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from decisions you make based on your report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [LAWYER: review for Nigeria, including consumer-law rules.]
8. Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service; the date above shows the latest version. We may suspend access for misuse.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION, e.g. Federal Republic of Nigeria], and the courts of [CITY/COUNTRY] have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country.
