1. Digital product

Your report is a digital product delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Because it is generated and delivered straight away, we generally do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.

2. When we will refund

Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same checkup.
Payment taken but no access: you paid but could not unlock your results or receive your report, and we could not fix it within [2] business days.
Technical fault: the report was materially broken or incomplete because of an error on our side.
Any refund the law in your country entitles you to.

3. How to ask

4. How refunds are paid
